Responsibility

  • Develop and execute end-to-end influencer and KOL marketing strategies tailored to brand objectives, target audiences, and regional trends.
  • Identify, engage, and negotiate partnerships with high-impact influencers and KOLs across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social media channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, content, analytics) to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Manage influencer relationships, including contracts, briefs, content approvals, and performance tracking, to ensure deliverables meet campaign KPIs.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, conversions, ROI) and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform algorithms, and emerging influencer marketing tools to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative campaign ideas that resonate with target audiences and drive brand loyalty.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting campaign successes, learnings, and recommendations for future strategies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in influencer/KOL marketing, digital marketing, or brand management, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Strong network of influencers and KOLs across Southeast Asia, particularly in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) and their respective influencer ecosystems.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills to foster long-term partnerships with influencers and brands.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, influencer marketing platforms) to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling narratives that align with brand values and resonate with audiences.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
