Responsibility
- Client & Community Engagement: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients and communities through social media, email, events, and other platforms to deepen brand loyalty.
- Campaign Development: Conceptualize, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, experiential) aligned with brand goals and audience insights.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Content Strategy: Oversee the creation of high-quality, SEO-optimized content (blogs, videos, social posts) that reflects the brand’s voice and drives engagement.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on KPIs (e.g., ROI, conversion rates, engagement metrics) using tools like Google Analytics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution.
- Budget Management: Assist in allocating and optimizing marketing budgets to maximize impact across channels.
- Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, partnerships, and community initiatives to enhance visibility.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in marketing (for Assistant Manager) or 5+ years (for Manager), with a proven track record in community engagement, digital marketing, or brand management.
- Digital Savvy: Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo), and CMS (WordPress, Shopify).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to refine marketing strategies.
- Creativity & Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling narratives and presentations.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity to diverse audiences and experience tailoring campaigns for international or multicultural markets.
- Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a bonus.
