Responsibility

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential influencers for brand collaborations across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Support the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including brief creation, content approvals, and timeline management.
  • Monitor and track campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and prepare reports on key metrics.
  • Engage with influencers and manage communication to ensure smooth collaboration and timely content delivery.
  • Assist in creating compelling content briefs, mood boards, and campaign guidelines for influencers.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, influencer marketing best practices, and emerging platforms to provide innovative ideas.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align influencer campaigns with broader digital marketing strategies.
  • Support administrative tasks such as contract management, payment processing, and influencer database maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong passion for social media, influencer marketing, and digital trends—show us your favorite influencers or campaigns!
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and their analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, creative, and eager to learn with a can-do attitude.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, or social media scheduling platforms is a bonus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote/hybrid setting.
