Responsibility
- Develop and implement casual leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue in prime Bali locations.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with retailers, F&B operators, and pop-up vendors to enhance commercial space utilization.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify leasing opportunities and pricing strategies.
- Manage tenant relations, including contract renewals, lease agreements, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote leasing opportunities through digital and offline channels.
- Monitor financial performance of leasing portfolios and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for commercial leasing in Indonesia.
- Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to source new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial leasing, retail management, or partnership development.
- Proven track record in negotiating and closing leasing deals in high-traffic locations.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen to assess leasing viability and ROI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with Bali’s commercial real estate market is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
