Responsibility

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across digital, social, and traditional media.
  • Lead a high-performing team of marketing professionals, fostering creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Oversee content creation, including campaigns, press releases, and multimedia assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners to amplify Apex Sports Village’s reach in Bali and beyond.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies and drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, operations, events) to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Track and analyze KPIs (e.g., engagement rates, lead generation, ROI) to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
  • Represent Apex Sports Village at industry events, press conferences, and community engagements to strengthen brand authority.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing communication, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (agency or in-house).
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns in the sports, lifestyle, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital marketing, social media, PR, and content strategy.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Experience managing budgets, agencies, and external partners to deliver results.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Passion for sports, wellness, or lifestyle industries, with a deep understanding of Bali’s market dynamics.
