Responsibility
- Develop and execute B2B product marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, including positioning, messaging, and value propositions for key product portfolios.
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) planning for new product launches, including campaign development, sales enablement, and demand generation initiatives.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate technical features into customer-centric benefits and create compelling content (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, battle cards).
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, customer pain points, and differentiation opportunities.
- Partner with sales and customer success teams to refine messaging and ensure alignment with client needs across the buyerâs journey.
- Optimize marketing performance through data analysis, A/B testing, and ROI tracking to continuously improve campaigns.
- Represent Optum as a subject-matter expert at industry events, webinars, and client meetings.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
- Proven track record of developing GTM strategies and driving measurable business impact (e.g., lead generation, revenue growth).
- Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience collaborating with sales, product, and executive teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Deep understanding of B2B buyer personas and the ability to tailor messaging for different segments (e.g., C-level, IT, clinical leaders).
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a results-driven approach.
