Responsibility

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email) to promote property projects and drive lead generation.
  • Coordinate and support property launches, including event planning, collateral development, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and nurture leads, ensuring a seamless conversion from inquiry to closing.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine pricing strategies and positioning for new developments.
  • Manage content creation (brochures, videos, virtual tours) to showcase property features and unique selling points.
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, investors, and industry partners to expand network and sales opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems) to optimize ROI.
  • Assist in brand management to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA or real estate certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in property, real estate, or luxury brands.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media advertising) and lead generation.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English; Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
