Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end product marketing strategies to drive adoption and revenue growth.
- Define and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to target audiences.
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution, including product launches, campaigns, and sales enablement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.
- Create and manage marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, and digital content.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and translating it into actionable product and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in product marketing, preferably in a B2B or technology-driven industry.
- Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Experience in managing product launches and GTM strategies from conception to execution.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
