Responsibility
- Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage and execute social media campaigns across platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience growth.
- Plan and coordinate CSR initiatives that align with company values and strengthen community relations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content for digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Organize and oversee events, promotions, and partnerships to boost brand awareness and sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders to amplify brand reach.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing, communications, or a similar role, preferably in a dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and campaign strategies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Experience in event management, CSR initiatives, or public relations is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools is a bonus.
