Responsibility

  • Identify and research potential KOLs (micro and macro-influencers) aligned with brand values and campaign goals.
  • Assist in negotiating and managing partnerships with influencers, including contract terms and deliverables.
  • Coordinate content creation timelines, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze KOL campaign performance using metrics like engagement rates, reach, and ROI.
  • Develop and maintain a database of influencers, including contact details, past collaborations, and performance data.
  • Support the creation of briefs, mood boards, and creative directions for influencer campaigns.
  • Track industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Assist in reporting and presenting campaign results to stakeholders with actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and influencer marketing trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) is advantageous.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.) is a bonus.
