Responsibility
- Create, script, and produce short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) aligned with brand guidelines.
- Appear on camera as a brand representative, delivering authentic and engaging performances.
- Edit and enhance video/audio content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaign concepts and content calendars.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance (engagement rates, reach, conversions) using analytics tools.
- Assist in community management by responding to comments and messages in a brand-consistent voice.
- Research trends, hashtags, and competitors to inform content strategy.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for innovative content ideas and storytelling approaches.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related fields.
- Proven experience in content creation (personal or professional portfolio required).
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, iMovie) and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop).
- Strong on-camera presence and confidence in front of the lens.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and their best practices.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization for digital platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
