You will collaborate with influencers, manage affiliate partnerships, and drive engaging campaigns to elevate our brand in the competitive beauty and wellness market.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute creative PR and marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility for BABOR and LAZARTIGUE.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and affiliates to amplify brand reach.
  • Create compelling briefs and content guidelines for influencers to ensure brand consistency and message alignment.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing detailed reports and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Recommend and promote BABOR and LAZARTIGUE products through targeted marketing initiatives and collaborations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align PR efforts with overall marketing and sales objectives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to propose innovative marketing approaches.
  • Manage budgets and resources efficiently to maximize ROI on marketing and PR activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in PR, digital marketing, or influencer management, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing KOL and affiliate partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and on-brand content.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
