Ideal for professionals with a background in medical writing, healthcare communications, or medical affairs, this role demands a keen eye for detail, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to translate complex medical data into clear, compelling narratives. Whether you’re drafting press releases, managing digital content, or coordinating with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), your work will directly influence patient education and brand reputation.

With a competitive salary range of $5,000–$5,800 USD per month plus performance bonuses, this contract position is perfect for those seeking a short-term challenge with long-term career benefits in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.

  • Manage stakeholder communications, including interactions with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and patient advocacy groups.
  • Coordinate product launch communications, including media kits, FAQs, and internal training materials.
  • Monitor and analyze medical and scientific trends to inform communication strategies and content development.
  • Ensure all materials adhere to pharmaceutical compliance guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA, or local regulations).
  • Support digital and social media campaigns with medically accurate, engaging content.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Communications, or related fields; advanced degree (e.g., MSc, PhD) is a plus.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in medical communications, medical writing, or medical affairs within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
  • Proven track record of developing regulatory-compliant medical content for diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations (e.g., FDA, EMA, or local Indonesian health authorities).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, including KOLs and media outlets.
