Responsibility
- Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, and on-site execution.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Liaise with clients, creative teams, and stakeholders to align event objectives with brand strategies.
- Oversee event setups, AV requirements, and technical productions to guarantee flawless execution.
- Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and implement contingency plans to mitigate issues.
- Prepare and present post-event reports, including ROI analysis and client feedback summaries.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate digital and experiential elements for maximum impact.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative event technologies to enhance client offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination, project management, or experiential marketing.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and MS Office Suite.
- Creative thinker with a passion for delivering unique, memorable brand experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by event schedules.
