Responsibility

  • Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, and on-site execution.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Liaise with clients, creative teams, and stakeholders to align event objectives with brand strategies.
  • Oversee event setups, AV requirements, and technical productions to guarantee flawless execution.
  • Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and implement contingency plans to mitigate issues.
  • Prepare and present post-event reports, including ROI analysis and client feedback summaries.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate digital and experiential elements for maximum impact.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovative event technologies to enhance client offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination, project management, or experiential marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and MS Office Suite.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for delivering unique, memorable brand experiences.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by event schedules.
