Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored for B2B audiences in the SEA region, aligning with business objectives.
- Manage digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and design) to create cohesive messaging and high-impact marketing collateral.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, influencers, and media outlets to amplify reach and credibility.
- Coordinate and participate in regional events, webinars, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for innovation in B2B marketing strategies.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting KPIs, ROI, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the SEA region or a similar international market.
- Proven track record in managing digital marketing campaigns, with expertise in SEO, content marketing, and lead nurturing.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and marketing automation software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional SEA languages are a plus.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset, able to balance innovation with measurable results.
- Experience in event management, partnership development, or public relations is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
