Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, on-brand content, including graphics, videos, and copy, tailored to each platformâs audience.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Hootsuite to refine strategies.
- Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned manner.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with broader campaign goals.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep the brand at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Manage paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, A/B testing, and ROI analysis.
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and industry partners to amplify reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a knack for creating engaging, platform-specific content.
- Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools to track and report performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and how they integrate with social media strategies is a plus.
