Responsibility
- Host high-energy TikTok and Instagram Live sessions to promote properties, engage audiences, and answer inquiries in real time.
- Create and publish daily creative content (videos, reels, stories, posts) aligned with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Act as a brand ambassador and talent for promotional campaigns, including photo/video shoots and client interactions.
- Develop and execute lead-generation strategies through social media to drive property inquiries and sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm innovative content ideas and optimize performance based on analytics.
- Monitor trends in real estate digital marketing and adapt content to stay ahead of the competition.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and build a loyal online community around the brand.
- Assist in scripting, editing, and post-production for polished, professional content.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Host, or Digital Marketer, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or sales.
- Exceptional on-camera presence with confident, engaging, and professional communication skills.
- Strong portfolio of social media content (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) with a track record of audience growth.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (spoken and written) is a must; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, etc.) and basic video editing.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for maximizing reach and engagement.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team under tight deadlines.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or nearby areas).
