Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create high-quality, trend-driven content, including graphics, videos, and copy, tailored to target audiences and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (KPIs, ROI, engagement rates) and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns, from concept to launch.
- Perform basic photo and video editing using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or CapCut to enhance visual content.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms to keep strategies innovative and competitive.
- Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in SEO and content optimization to improve organic reach and search engine rankings.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Premiere, CapCut) and social media platforms (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a knack for crafting engaging, error-free copy.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles, Google Analytics, and performance tracking tools.
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.
