Responsibility
- Develop and execute creative design concepts for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, brochures, advertisements, and branding collateral.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling campaigns that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Design engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and messaging.
- Produce high-quality visual assets for website updates, email marketing, and promotional materials.
- Stay updated with industry trends and design tools to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver designs that exceed expectations.
- Maintain and organize design files and assets for easy retrieval and future use.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and technical skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts clearly and confidently.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
- Experience in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing is an advantage.
