Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and business impact.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with product development, sales, and customer experience teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Oversee general management operations, including team leadership, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making to support business expansion.
- Leverage data analytics and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in marketing performance.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure Erajaya remains a leader in innovation and customer engagement.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and performance marketing, to enhance online presence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role (Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or similar).
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in a fast-paced, competitive industry.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing large marketing budgets and demonstrating measurable ROI.
- Experience in general management, including team leadership, operational oversight, and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO tools, CRM systems, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a strong advantage.
- Experience in the technology, retail, or e-commerce sectors is highly desirable.
