Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across Bali’s key markets.
- Manage and optimize SEO/SEM campaigns, including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and Google Ads, to improve organic and paid search rankings.
- Create and oversee content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and video marketing, tailored to the transport and logistics industry.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, design) to align digital marketing efforts with business goals and customer needs.
- Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to build community engagement, respond to inquiries, and run targeted ad campaigns.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and implement innovative techniques to stay ahead of competitors in Bali’s transport sector.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social ads) with a focus on cost efficiency and high conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
- Proven 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the logistics, transport, or B2B sectors.
- Strong proficiency in SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media management, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush), and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Indonesian language proficiency is a bonus.
