Kick Avenue, the leading destination for authentic sneakers and urban fashion in Indonesia, is seeking a Freelance KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Associate to elevate our brand’s digital presence through strategic influencer collaborations.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our marketing team to identify, engage, and manage relationships with top-tier influencers, content creators, and KOLs in the sneaker and streetwear niche. Your mission? To drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through authentic, high-impact partnerships. Based in the vibrant hubs of Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung), you’ll have the flexibility of a part-time role while making a significant impact on one of Indonesia’s most exciting e-commerce platforms.

Responsibility

  • Influencer Scouting & Outreach: Identify and vet potential KOLs, micro-influencers, and content creators aligned with Kick Avenue’s brand values and target audience.
  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including briefs, timelines, and performance metrics.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, negotiating contracts, deliverables, and compensation.
  • Content Collaboration: Coordinate with influencers to ensure brand-aligned content (posts, stories, reels, videos) that resonates with sneaker and streetwear enthusiasts.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs (engagement rates, reach, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, or third-party platforms.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to recommend innovative strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and influencer effectiveness for stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with design, social media, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and asset delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: 1+ years in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media management, preferably in e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
  • Networking Skills: Existing relationships with Indonesian influencers/KOLs in the sneaker, streetwear, or urban culture space are a huge plus.
  • Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social platforms, including algorithm trends and best practices.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with exceptional written and verbal communication for negotiations and briefs.
  • Creative Thinking: Strong eye for authentic, engaging content and the ability to brainstorm innovative campaign ideas.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
