Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies (digital, social, print, and experiential) to enhance brand visibility and sales.
- Lead brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Oversee social media campaigns, content creation, and influencer partnerships to amplify reach and engagement.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to refine marketing approaches.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Manage budget allocation for campaigns, ensuring ROI-driven spending across paid, owned, and earned media.
- Plan and execute fashion events, pop-ups, and collaborations to strengthen brand presence.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, CAC, engagement metrics) and present performance reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in the fashion industry.
- Proven success in brand management, digital marketing, and campaign leadership.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Fluency in English; Indonesian language skills are a plus.
