Responsibility
- Create engaging social media content (posts, stories, reels) aligned with brand guidelines.
- Assist in video production, including scripting, filming, and basic editing.
- Design graphics and visuals for digital campaigns using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Write and edit blog posts, captions, and marketing copy with a focus on SEO best practices.
- Monitor social media trends and propose innovative content ideas to boost engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and scheduling.
- Analyze performance metrics (likes, shares, reach) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Support in community management by responding to comments and messages.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelorâs or Diploma program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven interest in content creation (portfolio, personal projects, or prior internships are a plus).
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Basic skills in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop) or video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling and trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
