Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms.
- Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines (SEO) to improve organic traffic and rankings.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media, blogs, and email marketing to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, and development) to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Experience with content creation, social media management, and paid advertising strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation is a plus.
