Responsibility
- Develop and implement brand marketing strategies to increase market share and brand awareness in the FMCG sector.
- Lead campaign planning and execution, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, design) to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
- Manage brand budgets, track ROI, and optimize spend for maximum impact.
- Create compelling content and messaging for advertising, promotions, and public relations.
- Monitor and report on KPIs (e.g., brand equity, engagement rates, sales growth) to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Build and maintain relationships with agencies, vendors, and media partners to support marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
- Excellent analytical and project management skills with the ability to interpret data-driven insights.
- Creative thinker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
