Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on ROI and KPIs.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn) with A/B testing and performance analysis.
- Oversee SEO/SEM initiatives to improve organic search rankings, traffic, and lead quality.
- Create and curate engaging content (blogs, social media, email) tailored to target audiences in Bali and beyond.
- Monitor and analyze web analytics (Google Analytics, GA4) to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to enhance user experience (UX) and conversion rates.
- Build and nurture community engagement through social media platforms and influencer partnerships.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, budget allocation, and ROI for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush), and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Indonesian is a plus).
- Experience with content creation, CRM tools, and marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
