Responsibility
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Design and produce high-quality graphics, videos, and digital assets for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, and ads, while maintaining a consistent brand voice and aesthetic.
- Monitor social media trends, analytics, and performance metrics to optimize content and strategies for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to align social media efforts with broader business goals and campaigns.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on the latest design tools, social media algorithms, and digital marketing trends to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
- Assist in brainstorming and executing creative campaigns, from concept to execution, to drive audience interaction and conversions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management and graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, or Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and social media content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft engaging captions and content.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, typography, and visual composition.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with video editing (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro) and motion graphics is a plus.
