Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a high-impact TikTok affiliate marketing strategy to drive US market growth, focusing on creator partnerships and performance-based campaigns.
  • Identify, negotiate, and onboard top-tier TikTok creators and influencers to promote Hoppi’s products, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to align affiliate initiatives with broader business objectives and optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, ROI) to refine strategies and maximize affiliate revenue.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to ensure Hoppi remains a leader in social commerce.
  • Manage affiliate budgets, track payouts, and ensure compliance with platform policies and legal requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies, and industry partners to foster long-term collaborations.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or performance marketing, with a strong focus on TikTok or social commerce.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling affiliate programs, negotiating deals, and driving measurable results (e.g., revenue growth, lead generation).
  • Deep understanding of the US digital marketing landscape, including trends, platforms, and consumer behavior.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence creators, partners, and internal stakeholders.
