Responsibility
- Approach and engage event attendees to promote banking products and services.
- Conduct on-the-spot account openings and assist clients with application processes.
- Explain the benefits of various banking products (savings accounts, credit cards, loans, etc.) clearly and persuasively.
- Collect and verify customer documentation to ensure compliance with banking regulations.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for account openings and product subscriptions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance event strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Finance is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or banking (preferably in event-based roles).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with banking products and financial services.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by event schedules.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a customer-first mindset.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
