Responsibility
- Identify and acquire new customers for Hajj Financing (Pembiayaan Porsi Haji) through targeted outreach, networking, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and financial capabilities in Bali’s diverse communities.
- Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies, including door-to-door visits, community events, and digital engagement.
- Educate potential clients on the benefits, terms, and Sharia-compliant aspects of Hajj financing products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and approval processes for new customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipelines, and conversion metrics using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in Islamic finance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition, preferably in financial services or Islamic banking.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse clients.
- Familiarity with Sharia-compliant financial products and Hajj financing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a target-driven role.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings or training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and basic digital marketing tools.
