Based in Bali’s most dynamic areas—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll leverage your sales and relationship-building skills to expand our customer base. This role combines financial expertise, marketing acumen, and cultural sensitivity to deliver tailored solutions that meet the needs of our diverse clientele.

Responsibility

  • Identify and acquire new customers for Hajj Financing (Pembiayaan Porsi Haji) through targeted outreach, networking, and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and financial capabilities in Bali’s diverse communities.
  • Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies, including door-to-door visits, community events, and digital engagement.
  • Educate potential clients on the benefits, terms, and Sharia-compliant aspects of Hajj financing products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and approval processes for new customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipelines, and conversion metrics using CRM tools.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in Islamic finance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition, preferably in financial services or Islamic banking.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse clients.
  • Familiarity with Sharia-compliant financial products and Hajj financing is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a target-driven role.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings or training.
