Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid social, search, display, and affiliate marketing.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to produce engaging and high-converting digital assets, including videos, graphics, and copy.
- Oversee SEO and SEM initiatives to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to the company's digital properties.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and customer needs.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, achievements, and areas for optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, growth hacking, or demand generation.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other marketing analytics platforms.
- Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
