As a B2B Marketing Intern, you’ll work closely with our marketing professionals to develop and implement strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage key stakeholders, and generate leads. Responsibility

  • Assist in the development and execution of B2B marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Support the marketing team in day-to-day operations, including market research, competitor analysis, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Assist in creating and optimizing marketing collateral, such as presentations, case studies, and whitepapers.
  • Help manage and update the company’s CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date lead and customer data.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative marketing ideas and strategies.
  • Support event planning and coordination for virtual or in-person B2B marketing events.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of B2B marketing principles, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior internship or project experience in marketing is a plus but not required.
