Responsibility
- Assist in the development and execution of B2B marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Support the marketing team in day-to-day operations, including market research, competitor analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Assist in creating and optimizing marketing collateral, such as presentations, case studies, and whitepapers.
- Help manage and update the companyâs CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date lead and customer data.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative marketing ideas and strategies.
- Support event planning and coordination for virtual or in-person B2B marketing events.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Basic understanding of B2B marketing principles, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or project experience in marketing is a plus but not required.
