Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and customer acquisition.
- Manage and optimize product listings, descriptions, and visuals across platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, or company website).
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (conversion rates, traffic, AOV) to identify growth opportunities and refine digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute SEO/SEM, email, and social media campaigns that drive e-commerce traffic.
- Oversee inventory synchronization between online and offline channels to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Enhance user experience (UX) by testing and improving website navigation, checkout processes, and mobile responsiveness.
- Build and maintain relationships with marketplace partners and digital vendors to negotiate favorable terms.
- Stay ahead of e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven 2+ years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or online retail operations.
- Strong proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or local marketplaces like Tokopedia/Shopee).
- Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools to track performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Indonesian language is a plus.
- Creative problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS, SEO best practices, and content management systems (CMS).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
