Are you a creative and strategic Social Media Content Specialist with a passion for retail fashion? PT Jimshoney Indonesia Pratama is seeking a talented professional to join our dynamic team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging content, managing social media platforms, and driving brand awareness for our retail fashion line.
Based in the vibrant locations of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will work in a collaborative environment where innovation and creativity are encouraged. This is a contract position offering a competitive salary of Rp 3,000,000 – Rp 3,300,000 per month.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with brand goals.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to optimize content and campaigns.
- Manage community interactions, respond to comments, and foster a positive online presence.
- Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify content reach.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to keep content fresh and relevant.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Specialist, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative content creation and social media management.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
