Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (posts, stories, reels, videos) tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Hootsuite, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-aligned manner.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and influencers to produce visually appealing and on-brand content.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Manage paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, A/B testing, and ROI tracking.
- Prepare monthly reports on key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and present insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketer, or Content Creator.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Sprout Social) and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with a portfolio of engaging social media content.
- Deep understanding of SEO principles and hashtag strategies to maximize organic reach.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and KPIs to refine campaigns.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
- Familiarity with paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.
