Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain clients in the Bali market.
- Identify and engage with potential leads through cold outreach, networking, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create persuasive marketing materials, including social media content, email campaigns, and promotional collateral.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics to optimize sales funnels and improve conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, presentations, and negotiations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
- Participate in leadership training and mentorship programs to enhance professional development.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to expand brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (fresh graduates with a strong drive are encouraged to apply).
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (1-3 years preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
