Responsibility
- Create and curate high-quality social media content (photos, videos, reels, stories) tailored to the event’s theme and brand guidelines.
- Develop engaging captions, hashtags, and scripts that align with the company’s voice and audience preferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute a content calendar for pre-, during, and post-event coverage.
- Edit and enhance content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or CapCut to ensure professional output.
- Monitor and analyze content performance, adjusting strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
- Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate innovative approaches into content creation.
- Attend the event (if required) to capture live moments, behind-the-scenes footage, and real-time updates.
- Ensure all content is SEO-optimized and adheres to platform-specific best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or Digital Marketer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and their algorithms.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to last-minute changes.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling, aesthetics, and branding.
- Experience in event coverage or live content creation is highly desirable.
- Based in or willing to travel to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) for the project duration.
