Responsibility
- Develop and execute SEO-optimized copy for marketing campaigns, website content, and digital assets to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create compelling press releases, articles, and media kits to support corporate announcements and public relations initiatives.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce cohesive, on-brand content for social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Edit and proofread all communications to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy and messaging.
- Manage content calendars and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials.
- Write internal communications, including memos, newsletters, and executive speeches, to foster employee engagement.
- Monitor and analyze content performance, using insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or corporate communications, preferably in healthcare or a regulated industry.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio showcasing diverse content types.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, CMS platforms).
- Strong understanding of brand voice, tone, and style guides, with the ability to adapt for different audiences.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, PR) in a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) to measure content effectiveness.
