Join Children’s Cancer Foundation (CCF) in a meaningful 6-month contract role as a Fundraising & Volunteer Management Executive. Responsibility
- Plan, execute, and monitor fundraising campaigns, including digital and community-based initiatives.
- Recruit, train, and manage volunteers, ensuring alignment with CCF’s mission and operational needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and corporate partners to secure funding.
- Coordinate logistics for events, such as charity drives, galas, and awareness workshops.
- Track and report on fundraising progress, volunteer engagement, and campaign ROI using data-driven insights.
- Create compelling content (e.g., proposals, social media posts) to promote CCF’s programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fundraising efforts with marketing and communications strategies.
- Ensure compliance with ethical fundraising standards and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fundraising, volunteer coordination, or nonprofit sector roles.
- Proven ability to build and sustain donor/volunteer relationships.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Passion for CCF’s cause and a commitment to ethical fundraising practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
