Responsibility
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos, tailored to target audiences.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize performance and stay ahead of industry shifts.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, A/B testing, and ROI analysis.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a loyal online community.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and internal teams to amplify brand reach and drive conversions.
- Track and report on KPIs (e.g., engagement rates, follower growth, website traffic) using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes and adjust strategies to maximize organic and paid reach.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Executive, Coordinator, or similar role in digital marketing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns, content creation, and community management.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling and trend-spotting.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while meeting deadlines and KPIs.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and how they integrate with social media strategies.
- Experience with paid social advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads) is highly desirable.
