Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven e-commerce strategies to boost online sales, customer acquisition, and retention for B2C and D2C channels.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Heatmaps, and session recordings.
- Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests to optimize landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows for higher conversions.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) with a focus on CPC, ROAS, and LTV optimization.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-converting product listings, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth.
- Track KPIs (e.g., CTR, CRO, bounce rate) and present performance reports with actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on e-commerce best practices, SEO, and digital marketing trends to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in e-commerce marketing, digital advertising, or growth hacking, preferably in B2C/D2C.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools (e.g., Data Studio, Tableau).
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize) and CRO frameworks.
- Deep understanding of PPC campaigns, bid strategies, and performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with SEO principles, content marketing, and email automation is a plus.
- Strong communication and project management skills to collaborate with global teams.
