Responsibility
- Manage and optimize product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada).
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and sales.
- Monitor marketplace performance, analyze sales data, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Implement SEO and content strategies to enhance product visibility and search rankings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and discounts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and feedback to maintain high service standards.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the retail or sports merchandise industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for sports and online retail is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
