Responsibility
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate logistics for sales and marketing events, including venue booking, catering, and attendee management.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets by providing timely and accurate administrative assistance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a sales or marketing environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic marketing principles and practices is a plus.
