Responsibility
- Develop and execute social media content calendars for multiple client brands, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Create engaging copy, graphics (using Canva), and short-form videos tailored to platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Schedule and publish content using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite).
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions, including comments, messages, and reviews, to foster community engagement.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare reports for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and clients, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to optimize content strategies.
- Assist in brainstorming and implementing creative campaigns to boost brand awareness and audience growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Social Media Coordinator, Content Creator, or similar role in a marketing/communications environment.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), or other design tools is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different brands and platforms.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics).
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling and trend awareness.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a bonus.
