Responsibility
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize pricing, inventory, and distribution channels.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to forecast revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., ADR, RevPAR, occupancy) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Manage and enhance ancillary service offerings (e.g., upsells, add-ons, packages) to increase customer spend and satisfaction.
- Utilize revenue management software (e.g., Duetto, IDeaS, or similar) to automate and refine pricing decisions.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on revenue performance and strategic recommendations.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell/cross-sell opportunities to boost ancillary revenue streams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or financial analysis (hospitality/travel industry preferred).
- Proficiency in revenue management systems (RMS) and data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ancillary revenue streams and customer segmentation strategies.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
