Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business clients and retain existing ones in targeted Bali regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce sellers, SMEs, and corporate partners to drive logistics service adoption.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to tailor J&T Express solutions, ensuring competitive advantage.
- Plan and organize promotional events, roadshows, and digital campaigns to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, customer service, marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to management for strategic decision-making.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs through proactive outreach, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in logistics and e-commerce.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or FMCG.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Experience with digital marketing, social media campaigns, or event management is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for business purposes.
