Responsibility
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement in Bali.
- Plan and manage promotional campaigns, both online and offline, to drive sales and lead generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to enhance business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Represent the company at events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand our reach.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging marketing tools to continuously improve strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in Bali or a similar market.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategies, and traditional marketing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Experience with CRM tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
