Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a high-performing user acquisition team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (paid social, SEO/SEM, email, affiliate, and content marketing) to drive user growth and engagement.
- Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, data analysis, and ROI tracking, ensuring cost-effective customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and analytics) to align marketing efforts with business objectives and user needs.
- Monitor KPIs and metrics (CAC, LTV, CTR, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights to refine strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage budgets, allocate resources, and negotiate with vendors/partners to maximize campaign efficiency.
- Create and oversee localized marketing content tailored to regional audiences in Bali and beyond.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA or advanced certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot) are a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role focused on user acquisition.
- Proven success in scaling teams and campaigns with measurable impact on user growth and revenue.
- Expertise in performance marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable strategies from complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Experience in localized marketing for Southeast Asian markets, particularly Indonesia, is highly desirable.
