Responsibility
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing programs, including activations, promotions, and experiential campaigns within the assigned region.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and external agencies to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of BTL activities, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources allocated for regional marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-efficiency and ROI.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for regional marketing strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign performance, including KPIs, ROI, and post-event analysis for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards in all regional executions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing execution, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
- Proven track record of managing BTL campaigns, activations, and regional marketing programs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with the Indonesian market and regional dynamics is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
